All orders are prepaid to ensure a smooth and timely experience for everyone.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or event time, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Once an order is in preparation, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
